Our founder’s journey is one of passion and dedication to women’s health. In addition to running Mentality Fitness, our founder also operates a mental health agency that uses exercise as a form of therapy.

 

With a personal story of transformation and recovery, our founder’s journey inspires and motivates women to embark on their own fitness and nutrition path. In addition, she is a nutritionist at her mental health agency who helps individuals that have eating disorders and health conditions, providing specialized guidance and support.

Mental well-being is a cornerstone of our philosophy, as we recognize that a healthy mind significantly enhances physical health and nutritional habits.
